Traditional savoury pies made with various fillings, tipically comprising seasonal vegetables and herbs, cheese and eggs which are then wrapped in a very simple pastry made with just flour, olive oil and water - the renowed Torta Pasqualina is a very fine example of this quintessential Ligurian dish.


Each small pie serves 1 person (delicious alongside a fresh salad for a light lunch) or 2 people as a starter. It can be eaten cold or lightly warmed up in the oven for a crispier crust.
