Only organic wheat flour and organic free range eggs are used to make our selection of long shapes pasta. Pair it with any SAUCE or PESTO.

TRENETTE FIORITE     £5.50

Made with wholemeal flour that we grind ourselves using grains grown by FLOURISH,

a biodynamic farm in Linton. It has a deliciously nutty taste and a smooth bite.

Pair it with any SAUCE or PESTO.

PICAGGE VERDI     £5.50

Wide ribbons flavoured with wild greens and parmigiano. Pair it with any SUGO DI POMODORO SEMPLICE, SUGO DI POMODORO RICCO or SUGO DI CARNE.

GLUTEN FREE TAGLIATELLE     £6.50

The perfect blend of organic brown rice and chickpea flour. Pair it with any SAUCE or PESTO.

Equal parts of chestnut and wheat flour. Pair it with SALSA DI NOCI or any of our PESTO.

Large square of thinly rolled pasta; the name translates to 'silk handkerchief' due their silky texture. We only use egg yolks in the dough making this a truly luxurious pasta dish. Pair it with SALSA DI NOCI or PESTO GENOVESE.

The Italian Riviera is well known for its traditional savoury pies: a vegetable-based filling, which varies according to season and is enriched with eggs, cheese and fresh herbs, is encased in a crisp pastry made with just flour, olive oil and water. The renowned Torta Pasqualina is a very fine example of this quintessential Ligurian dish.
